We are a business that utilises a third party to send and provide the goods we sell. We do not claim responsibility for any damages or defects in items bought, as they have not been in our care.  We trust our suppliers wholeheartedly to ensure your package is safe and protected during its transportation, yet we can still understand how there can be small defects when the item is out of the third party’s hands. This is why,  depending on the situation, we can offer a refund, however we do not accept refunds due to damages of the product during delivery.
